**SCOPE**

We’re looking for a Marketing Team Leader to manage and supervise the execution of marketing projects and ensure all marketing deliverables are high quality, aligned with company brand, convey the right message, and are completed within agreed-upon deadlines.

In this position, you will lead a team of marketing staff, establish micro deadlines, control the use of workflow platforms, quality-check submitted work, coordinate resources, and plan marketing collateral production capacities. You’re also expected to mentor all in-house marketing staff and report to the CEO, informing them about the project progress and potential roadblocks.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**:

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of marketing projects.
- Communicate and work across departments to create a product delivery roadmap and ensure branding consistency.
- Create messaging for marketing collateral that aligns with, supports, and promotes corporate activities (such as PR, recruitment, lead generation)
- Interact with prospective clients.
- Develop project timelines.
- Manage departmental resources according to project needs.
- Designate tasks and establish project deadlines for all team members.
- Quality-check deliverables
- Organize project files.
- Coach and mentor new team members.

**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Diploma (or higher) in Marketing, Sales, Business, Communications, or a related field

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Proven track record in a similar role, backed up by relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing/communications/media or a related field.
- Exposure to social media/digital marketing is essential.

**REMUNERATION / BENEFITS**

**SALARY: Market Related**

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month
