Job Introduction
**G4S Cash Solutions (SA), a leading provider of integrated cash management solutions, has a vacancy for Key Account Manager based at our operations in Centurion Head Office.**

**Reporting to the Sales Director and Regional Operational Director main purpose of the role is to Manage a large account portfolio in order to maximize new and additional growth to the portfolio.**

**The incumbent will be expected to be results driven and to live up to the organisation.**

Main Responsibilities
**1. To manage a large account portfolio in order to maximize new and additional growth to the portfolio**
- **Prepare and execute presentations to customers**
- **Conduct renewal of contract negotiations and complete negotiations to approved targets within agreed times frames. Ensuring that the renewal process motivated and justified**
- **Prepare tender submissions**
- **Manage the process between customer requirements and service failures /delivery**
- **Act proactively towards issues that may threaten our business**
- **Ensure that service level agreements are recorded correctly and communicated to all parties concerned**
- **Ensure that Agreements are signed and updated when necessary**
- **Manage processes and billing between customers and sales admin dept**
- **Assist with recons and billing issues**

**2. Health and Safety**
- **Participate in the design/ development/ review/ implementation and monitoring of the branch/region/national safety plans for each year.**
- **Participate in safety forums created by company for example safety meetings and safety talks**
- **Report all safety incidents to the relevant people**
- **Discuss all safety incidents on all levels**
- **Follow-up on any activities assigned through safety meeting/committee/representative/management Attend safety education and refresher program**
- **Comply with safety policies and procedures at workplace**
- **Distribute safety information as and when required**
- **Wear protective clothing all the time**

**1. Qualification**
- **Grade 12**
- **Security/Risk Management Diploma**
- **PSIRA (Grade B)**

**2. Experience**
- **4 years’ experience in managing security operations**
