We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Key Accounts Manager
to join our dynamic team in
Centurion
. This role is essential in supporting the Key Accounts team, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in
food production
, as well as strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license, own a reliable vehicle, and be based in Centurion or surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:Account Coordination:

  • Assist in managing key accounts by maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional service.
  • Coordinate with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, sales, marketing, and operations) to ensure client requirements are met.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and update account-related documentation, contracts, and records.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for all account-related documents.

Food Production Coordination:

  • Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate order processing, quality control, and timely delivery of products to clients.
  • Address any production-related client concerns and liaise between the production and key accounts teams.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining food safety and quality standards in line with company and client expectations.

Sales and Reporting:

  • Track sales performance and assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Monitor and analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support in developing proposals, quotes, and agreements tailored to client needs.

General Duties:

  • Ensure smooth communication between clients, production teams, and internal departments.
  • Provide administrative support for team projects and initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with company offerings, products, and services to support client requests effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education:
    Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Prior experience in food production or a related industry is essential.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Driver's License & Vehicle:
    Must have a valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle.
  • Location:
