**_Business Intelligence Manager_**:

**_What will be expected of you?_**

**1.Data Architecture and BI Solutions**:

- Design, develop, and maintain data architecture, data pipelines, and data warehouses.
- Create business intelligence solutions.

**2.Data Quality and Security**:

- Ensure data quality, integrity, availability, and security across all data sources.
- Performance Optimization:

- Optimize data warehouse, pipelines, reports, visualizations, and queries for efficiency.

**3.BI System Availability**:

- Maintain consistent performance of business intelligence systems.

**4.Data Integration and Insights**:

- Implement and manage data integration jobs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

**5.Automation and Process Improvement**:

- Analyse information and automate processes for efficiency.
- Support critical production systems.

**6.Technical Leadership**:

- Provide technical guidance to the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

**_Are you qualified?_**:

- IT degree or relevant qualifications

**_Did you do this before?_**:

- 5+ years' experience in a similar role

**_Do you have what it takes?_**:
**1.Advanced Technical Skills**:

- Data Warehouse, ETL, and BI: Understand data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and Microsoft BI tools.
- SQL Server Administration: Manage Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO): Optimize SQL Server performance.
- SSIS and SSRS: Create and maintain SSIS jobs and SSRS reports.
- Power Platform: Familiar with Power BI, Power Automate, and PowerApps.
- DAX: Build Power BI models using DAX.

**2.Domain Knowledge**:

- Understand FMCG retail and/or hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with ecommerce and point of sale platforms.

**3.Advanced Experience**:

- Leverage integration, process automation, and AI technologies for business solutions.
