**Business Development Consultant**

JSM Business Services is excited to partner with a leading business consulting firm in Cape Town specializing in MS365 business tools and A.I. implementation. We're seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Consultant to join our team and drive business growth.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Business Development**: Collaborate with management to develop strategies, identify target markets, and generate leads.
- **Client Engagement and Consulting**: Build lasting relationships, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- **Proposal and Deal Negotiation**: Craft compelling proposals and lead successful deal closures.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed targets with a focus on both recurring and one-time revenue.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in business development, preferably in tech or related fields.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Licensing and related services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; certifications are advantageous.

- Strong networking, negotiation, and customer-centric mindset.

**Remuneration & Incentives**:

- **Competitive Base Salary**: Starting from R17,600 for juniors and R35,200 for seniors.
- **Innovative Commission Structure**: Tiered commission system, rewarding new client acquisition and MRR growth.
- **Additional Incentives**: Performance bonuses, annual trips, equity options, technology allowance, and flexible work arrangements.

**KPIs & Commission Structure**:

- **New Client Acquisition**: Secure at least 2 new clients per quarter.
- **MRR Growth**: Generate a minimum of R200k in additional MRR per quarter.
- **Tiered Commission Rates**: Up to 12% commission plus accelerators for exceptional performance.
