Sales Executive- Call Centre Services

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales of our Call Center Services, including inbound, outbound, and service desk-related solutions.
- **Key Performance Areas**:
1. Business Development & Sales
- Proactively generate leads, conduct cold calls, set up meetings, and present tailored solutions to decision-makers.
- Identify, target, and engage potential clients in need of call center services, with a strong focus although not exclusively, on government and public sector organizations.
- Own the process of responding to Tenders/RFP’s for this service and work closely with the bid office to ensure high quality and timeous tender responses.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate the market, build strong client relationships and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and present compelling sales proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and budget considerations.
- Drive the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including contract negotiations and onboarding.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery post-sale.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-maker and influencers in client organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to refine sales approaches and service offerings.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and business development.
3. Reporting & Performance Management
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates for senior management.
Meet or exceed agreed and defined sales targets.
**Required Experience**:
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable success in selling call centre services, with a strong preference for experience in the public sector.
- Proven ability to close deals and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and tendering.
- Experience in consultative selling, crafting customized solutions based on client needs.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- A relevant qualification in Business, Sales, or Marketing is an advantage.

- Bachelors (preferred)
