**SALES E** **XECUTIVE**
**Brief description**
The position of Sales Executive is to find B2B leads, arrange meetings, and do presentations to offer all
ILS training offerings. Communicate ability of required training and/or service with ILS management/Admin. Make available quotation/Invoice/SLA request to admin. Building long term relationships with clients, report solutions to ILS management.
**Tasks**
- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities;
- Research and analyse sales options
- Build and maintain relationships
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products/programmes
- Collect and analyse information and prepare data and sales reports 2 weekly and present to
General manager/Sales Manager
- Build and maintain professional networks
- Meet with potential clients to determine their need.
- Supply feedback on ability to meet client needs on a regular basis
- Explain how our solutions aligh with their pain points
- Up-sell when appropriate
- Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting
- Track and monitor your work
- Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
**Qualifications and requirements**
- Grade 12 certificate;
- At least 2 years Business 2 Business experience in a Corporate environment;
- Self-motivated and goal orientated, desire to deliver results
- Ability to create and deliver presentations
- Fast learner and a quick thinker
- Passionate about sales
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
- Presentable and professional in working with any level of people

Full time Monday to Friday and weekends in emergency circumstances.
