- **Maintain** precise, comprehensive records of all communications, agreements, and payment arrangements.
- **Apply** advanced negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills to navigate complex conversations with professionalism.

Specifications:

- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in debt collection.
- Strong knowledge of unsecured debt recovery.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: R5 500,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Debt collection: 1 year (required)
