This role will lead Financial Planning and Analysis for the organization, with the potential to own other related functions such as Pricing, Commissions, Data & Sales Analytics etc. as well as being a key stakeholder in all other Finance and Strategy decisions. As a growth company this leader will run and lead not only the operations, but also the scaling and continuous improvement of the team and reporting / analysis, giving confidence to Leadership, Executives and Board about the performance of the company, insights on the results and a vision of what the future might hold.

It is important at Clickatell that all leaders are also key influencers and contributors to make a difference across the business, leveraging their knowledge and experience to drive great business decisions, optimize processes and identify improvement opportunities.

**Responsibilities of the Role**:

- Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and be a key contributor to the strategic direction and success of the company.
- Lead a team of three direct reports that cover all FP&A activities for the company, including Quarterly forecasting, monthly reporting, Investment Appraisal and business partnering.
- Run the annual Budgeting & planning process; actively update the Risks / Ops for the budget based on changing market conditions.
- Create a cohesive story around results and present data in a simple and clear manner so non-financial people can absorb and understand the message / story. Communicate results to senior management and from time to time present to the Exec or Board.
- Develop a thoughtful, strategic partnership with senior business leaders, not only working with them to manage their Revenues & Costs, but also helping them make great decisions and allowing them to foresee future impacts of activity and scenario test / replan so they can continue to deliver what the company needs.
- Drive operational improvements for monthly forecasts and reporting, both to show great successes that we should invest more in and objectively highlight areas of weakness where we should reconsider our execution / approach - Be a change agent.

**Core Requirements of the Role**:

- Bachelor's Degree and a professional Accounting qualification (CIMA / ACA / ACCA or equivalent.
- 8+ years in a finance organisation, of which 5+ in a management or leadership where you have shown the ability to lead and develop a team of individuals and their output with multiple other demanding stakeholder groups.
- At least 5 years of direct FP&A experience including operating at a Vice President level for part of this period.
- Experience managing all aspects of a Budgeting / Forecasting process to a strict timeline with positive / successful outcomes.
- Experience of leading the Monthly reporting needs of a business and making improvements in the pack and output. Ideally have experience in an international business and a Software company.
- Advanced Excel ability including the ability to model a business and scenarios through Excel.
