Inuka is working with a global investment firm that specializes in providing top-tier financial advice to their clients on strategic projects in either equity or debt transactions across Africa. They are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President to lead their renewable energy and energy transition division. You will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance to clients, developing innovative investment solutions, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders across the renewable energy sector. Your expertise will drive the growth and success of their advisory services, enabling them to contribute significantly to the global shift toward clean energy. Responsibilities Develop and execute aligned divisional strategies, while leading a collaborative, innovative team. Provide tailored financial guidance and advice on investment and project financing for clients. Design financial models for renewable projects, identifying new investment opportunities. Cultivate key industry relationships, representing the company. Conduct thorough financial due diligence and implement strong risk assessment practices. Mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). 6-8 years of experience in renewable energy finance.
