**Job Summary**:
The Vice President of Administration is responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of facilities management, physical security, transport, and administrative functions within the organization. This role will ensure the efficient operation, safety, and maintenance of all company buildings, infrastructure, and logistics, while also focusing on the security and transportation needs of the organization. The VP will provide leadership in these areas to ensure that they align with the company's overall goals and objectives, especially in a fast-paced, high-growth BPO environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Leadership**:

- Provide executive leadership to facilities management, physical security, transport, and administrative functions. Align these departments with the organization’s broader goals and operational priorities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate facilities, security, transport, and administrative strategies into the company’s growth trajectory.

**Facility Operations**:

- Oversee the efficient and safe operation of all facilities, including maintenance, security, cleaning, space management, and emergency preparedness.
- Ensure building infrastructure is well-maintained and optimize facility layouts for productivity and employee well-being.

**Physical Security**:

- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive security strategies to safeguard physical assets, employees, and company infrastructure.
- Oversee the design, operation, and management of physical security systems (e.g., access control, surveillance, and alarm systems).

**Transport Management**:

- Direct the transportation strategy and operations, ensuring the efficient movement of employees and goods across multiple locations.
- Manage transportation logistics, vehicle fleet, and driver operations, while ensuring cost-efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.

**Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage budgets for facilities, security, transport, and administrative functions.
- Ensure cost-effective operations and adherence to financial targets across all departments under management.

**Vendor Management**:

- Negotiate contracts with external vendors, service providers, and contractors for facilities management, security, transport, and other administrative services.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with performance expectations.

**Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations in areas related to facilities management, security, and transportation (e.g., health and safety, environmental regulations).
- Develop and maintain operational protocols for all areas under management, keeping in line with industry standards.

**Crisis Management**:

- Lead crisis management planning, ensuring preparedness for natural disasters, security threats, or other emergencies.
- Implement effective emergency response plans for facilities, security, and transport to minimize disruptions and safeguard employees.

**Team Management**:

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team across facilities, security, transport, and administrative functions.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, ensuring the team’s engagement and alignment with company objectives.

**Sustainability**:

- Champion sustainable practices in facilities management, security, and transport operations to reduce environmental impact.
- Promote energy-saving initiatives and green building certifications.

**Skills**:

- **Strategic Planning and Execution**: Ability to set and implement long-term strategies for managing facilities, security, transport, and administrative functions that align with the company's goals.
- **Budgeting and Financial Management**: Strong proficiency in developing and managing large budgets across multiple verticals.
- **Security & Crisis Management**: Expertise in physical security strategies, crisis response planning, and business continuity.
- **Transport Logistics**: Proven experience in optimizing transportation operations and managing fleet logistics.
- **Vendor Negotiation and Management**: Skilled in negotiating and managing vendor relationships across a variety of service functions.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: In-depth knowledge of applicable regulations related to facilities, security, and transport.
- **Project Management**: Experience in overseeing complex projects such as office relocations, infrastructure upgrades, or security system implementations.
- **Leadership and Team Development**: Strong leadership skills to recruit, develop, and manage diverse teams.
- **Problem-Solving and Decision-Making**: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex operational issues.
