That's where you come in. You will assist with the smooth running of web development projects. Our aim is to deliver world-class projects combined with exceptional service from initial engagement to post-project. You help us achieve this
What you'll get up to?
You’ll assist Senior Project Managers with the management of projects and project planning, on a weekly and monthly basis.
You will monitor project hours ensuring we are progressing according to the project plan.
You will set up project timing plans for new projects.
You take ownership of projects assigned to you and manage the entire process from beginning to end.
You’ll review specs, ask questions and relay the project scope to the team involved.
You’ll prepare and present a weekly project management meeting with senior management to update on the progress of projects and discuss any concerns.
You’ll flag extra costs incurred or likely to incur to the management team in advance to obtain approval from the client.
You will attend client meetings, project kick-off meetings, hand-over meetings, and training sessions
Ensure the Developer's time has been captured for the correct projects.
From time to time, you may assist with quotations and sales.

Agency experience? Project or account management experience within a busy web development environment would be the cherry on top for us
