We are seeking a Junior Projects Manager to support our operations team in the successful delivery of projects across multiple sites. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on project management experience, while working closely with senior managers, supervisors, and technical teams. What You’ll Do Assist in planning and preparation of projects, ensuring all scopes, equipment, and materials are ready for mobilisation. Coordinate site logistics including transport, accommodation, and access requirements. Communicate project details to rope access teams (L1–L3) and ensure all documentation and permits are in place. Provide on-site support , track daily progress, and escalate delays, risks, or technical issues. Support supervisors in maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and compliance . Liaise with clients when required, attending site meetings and sharing progress updates. Assist with project close-out activities , ensuring documentation, equipment returns, and feedback are completed. Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within operations. What We’re Looking For Previous exposure to project coordination, construction, rope access, or related industries an advantage. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines. A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork. Commitment to learning and growing towards a full Project Manager role.
