We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of key projects across the business. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for project coordination, looking to build a career in project management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects in line with agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and assist in tracking deliverables using appropriate tools
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for smooth execution of projects
- Organise and attend project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including risk logs, issue logs, and project plans
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather requirements
- Maintain project schedules and ensure team members are aware of upcoming deadlines
- Escalate issues to the Project Manager as required

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- A degree or diploma in Project Management, Business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role (advantageous)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Trello, or Jira (preferred)
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Prince2 Foundation, AgilePM Foundation, or other relevant project management certification (preferred but not essential)

Pay: R31 800,00 - R40 900,00 per month
