Talent Aquisition Specialist

JOBJACK is looking for a self-starter to join our People Team as the Talent Acquisition Specialist. As the second pioneer of our People team and will be a key player in creating the People structures and processes regarding our recruiting function as we scale and grow. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing JOBJACK applicants as well as continuously driving improvement in our recruitment process to help build the team who sets out to Employes the World. You will have the resources to drive these changes and understand the recruitment needs in collaboration with our People Coordinator, Department Leads and Psychometric Developer. **Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Collaboratively design job descriptions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Determine selection criteria to determine a culture, role and team fit
- Nurture future hiring pipelines through connections and networking
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Collaborate with our Social Media Manager on employer branding initiatives
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to continuously improve our recruitment approach
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Drive the JOBJACK recruitment cycle and process from sourcing to appointment
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
- 2-4 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
