A well-established Manufacturing Engineering company is looking for an ERP Specialist (SYSPRO) to join their team on a full-time permanent basis in the Northern Suburbs, Cape Town.

**Position Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with ERP systems, specifically Syspro.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL is a plus.
- Experience in project management.
- Knowledge of business processes in manufacturing or distribution.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- System Maintenance
- Ensure the Syspro ERP system is functioning optimally.
- Perform regular system updates and backups.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
- User Support
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Assist users in navigating the Syspro system and resolving queries.
- System Optimization
- Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
- Documentation
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Prepare reports on system performance and user feedback.
- Collaboration:

- Work closely with the IT team and other departments to ensure integration and alignment of the Syspro system with business processes.
- Participate in cross-functional projects that involve ERP system enhancements.
