**About the Role**

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent for current and future opportunities.
- Represent NSS at career fairs and networking events, championing our brand and EVP.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Registration as a Psychometrist will be beneficial.
- At least 5 years’ experience in recruitment, onboarding, or talent acquisition, ideally across multiple brands or business units and levels of the business.
- Extensive experience working with applicant tracking systems.
- Deep knowledge of employer branding
- Proven success in high-volume and specialized recruitment, including headhunting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, results-driven approach and a passion for delivering quality outcomes.
