**Responsibilities**:
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the following:

- Executing contract terms and conditions with precision.
- Managing and overseeing import/export documents and requirements seamlessly.
- Leveraging your negotiation skills to secure favorable rates with transporters.
- Cultivating strong relationships with transporters and clients, ensuring exceptional service.
- Streamlining transport contracts using our templates for efficiency.
- Proactively tracking trucks to provide accurate ETA updates.
- Keeping clients informed about the real-time status of their cargo.
- Building solid relationships with loading and off-loading points, identifying key role players.
- Excelling in daily administrative tasks, including meticulous data entry and reconciliation.
- Collecting essential PODs for complete documentation.
- Strategically planning weekly truck movements and timely stock deliveries.
- Resolving client, transport, and supplier-related queries with professionalism.
- Being available to all relevant parties beyond office hours for urgent assistance.

**Qualifications**:

- A tertiary qualification in Logistics/Logistics Management, demonstrating your expertise.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position, showcasing your prowess.
- Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results under pressure.
- In-depth knowledge of the transport market, enabling you to navigate complexities effortlessly.
