Medwell SA specialise in the provision of home healthcare services as well as the management of healthcare services in retirement estates. The company is looking to acquire the services of an HR & Logistics Coordinator based at the office in Bellville.

**WORKING HOURS**:Mondays to Fridays 07:30 to 16:30 and after-hours on-call on rotation basis

**MAIN JOB PURPOSE**:Identify and arrange staff for allocated Homebased Care services and Retirement Villages as well as basic HR & administrative duties.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:

- Min. 5 years' experience in an administrative role, ideally in the healthcare environment
- Proven experience working closely with staff on different levels (min. 2 years): -providing guidance & support -scheduling/booking of staff -assist with staff queries and complaints - finding solutions to complicated situations
- HR qualification beneficial
- Real passion for working with people and understanding human behavior
