A large food manufacturing company based in City Deep, Johannesburg is looking to employ an experienced Technical Manager.

**_Requirements: _**
- Minimum 5 years in a factory QA environment with a proven track record in the food manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of auditing techniques and requirements with proven ability to manage compliance to customer guidelines and expectations
- Degree in Food Science or equivalent
- Strong understanding of FSSC2200

**_Summary of responsibilities: _**
- Design quality assurance and food safety systems specifically suited to the business;
- Monitor QA and FS systems operations and make additions and changes where required;
- Authorize the positive release of conforming products;
- Ensure that suppliers conform with finlar and customer requirements
- Ensure that the plant passes audits from external third party auditors

**Salary**: R780,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelors (required)

**Experience**:

- Technical Manager: 5 years (required)
