**Job Title: Expert Product Manager for Generative AI Application (English Speaking)**

**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Strategy and Vision**_: Develop and refine the product strategy and vision for Auxee, ensuring it aligns with the overall business goals and market trends. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitive dynamics.
- **Roadmap Planning**_: Define the product roadmap and set clear milestones to achieve business targets and technological advancements Prioritize product features and tasks by balancing short-term achievements with long-term goals.
- **Cross-Functional Leadership**_: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap. Facilitate collaboration between the technical teams and other departments to ensure product features are delivered on time and within budget.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**_: Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related queries from stakeholders. Regularly present product updates and strategic plans to stakeholders at various levels, including executive leadership.
- **User-Centric Design**_: Oversee the design and user experience of Auxee, ensuring the product is accessible, intuitive, and meets the highest standards of user engagement. Incorporate feedback from users and clients to continually improve the product.
- **Technical Oversight**_: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technological innovations to keep Auxee at the cutting edge. Work closely with the development team to oversee the technological architecture and ensure all product functionalities are built to the highest quality standards.
- **Performance Metrics**_: Develop and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the product’s success and areas for improvement. Analyze data and metrics to report on the effectiveness of product strategies and make informed decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
- At least 12 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in technology-driven businesses, particularly in AI or software development environments.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, data analytics, and user interface design principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholder expectations.
- Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

Pay: R250,00 - R280,00 per hour
