We are a well-established business, having been founded in 2002 on strong family values and as we look to scale, we require a responsible, energetic and solution driven person to join our team in Gauteng and work in conjunction with the Business Operations Manager to supervise and coordinate the warehouse team and all our inbound and outbound processes to promote our brand, services, and products to our customers.

- You have managed inbound and outbound processes in a warehouse and/or distribution centre.
- You can resolve inbound and outbound queries and challenges creatively and timeously.
- You have managed inbound and outbound processes in a warehouse and/or distribution centre.
- You can resolve inbound and outbound queries and challenges creatively and timeously.
- You have experience in preparing for, and managing stock takes.
- You have done investigations related to stock discrepancies.
- You have collaborated with various departments to ensure effective delivery of goods to customers.
- You have supervisory experience and can coordinate a team’s activities, motivate, and train them, and ensure their compliance to the standard operating procedures of the warehouse and/or distribution centre.

Outside of the above, to be successful in this role you hold a Grade 12, have 3 to 5 years’ proven experience in a similar role, you are proficient in Microsoft Office, and you have excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills, you have strong working knowledge of warehouse and/or distribution centre operations and processes, and can delegate and follow-through. You are a problem solver and have the ability to work under pressure. It will be an added advantage if you have a qualification in warehouse management and logistics.
