Team Leader – Outbound Sales

Treble Solutions, a dynamic outbound call center, is seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage and grow a team of outbound sales agents.

We are looking for a results-driven professional with excellent leadership and communication skills to help our team achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of outbound sales agents to consistently achieve performance targets.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and implement improvement plans.
  • Conduct team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Handle escalations and ensure high-quality customer interactions.
  • Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for management.
  • Foster a positive and accountable team culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in an outbound sales or call center environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
  • Previous experience in telecom campaigns is an advantage.
  • Professional references are welcomed.
