**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**

**Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Labour Relations, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field.

**Work experience**
- At least 5 years of experience in Labour Relations or Industrial Relations, specifically within the public sector or similar organisational settings.
- Proven experience in collective bargaining, including negotiations at various forums such as sectoral bargaining councils, and dealing with matters related to terms and conditions of employment.
- Experience in dispute resolution, including attending conciliations, mediations, and arbitrations in a variety of industrial relations matters.

A valid driver’s license

- Understanding of union dynamics (member priorities)
