**Job Purpose**:
A leading digital company in Johannesburg is looking for a PA for the Group CEO with a minimum of 3 years of PA experience. The incumbent will be responsible for providing daily administration assistance to the CEO.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Ensuring smooth day-to-day engagements while acting as a liaison and providing support to the CEO

Handling all logistics for Board meetings and events and scheduling meetings and drafting agendas

Prioritizing and determining the appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement to reflect the CEO’s style and organization policy

Acting as the first point of contact between managers and internal/external clients via phone calls and other methods of communication

Managing and organizing diaries, and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events

Taking meeting minutes

Transcribing from dictation if applicable

Making transport, business accommodation, and travel arrangements

Organizing events and conferences

Preparing reports, presentations, and briefs

Maintaining databases and filing systems

Collating and filing the manager’s business expenses and travel expenses

Conducting research on behalf of the CEO

Please note this will require extensive working hours from time to time

**Requirements**:
MBA is required

3 years plus of PA experience (and a PA qualification will be beneficial)

Own vehicle

Drivers’ licenses

Able to work weekends and late hours

**Salary**: R30 000,00 pm

**Working hours**: Mon-Friday 8am to 5pm, extra hours are required
