**Job summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing the CEO's diary and schedule appointments, meetings and events
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for CEO including flights, accommodation, and transport
- Conduct research and provide reports and presentations and other documents as required by the CEO
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
- Assist with organizing internal and external meetings including taking minutes and following up on action points
- Manage confidential information and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Worked previously in the Security Industry a must
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
**Education and Qualifications**
Additional certifications in relevant areas such as Security, Access Control, CCTV, Office Administration or Microsoft will be advantageous.
**Salary**
The salary for this position will be competitive and commensurate with experience
