**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:
Develop an annual Regional Go-To-Market Plan incorporating the integrated Marketing, Customer Care and Sales Channel strategies.

Drive the delivery of the Regional Go-To-Market Plan to strengthen the brand, increase revenue and grow the customer base.

Collaborate with County Sales Managers and seek opportunities to increase sales, revenue and market share across geographical counties.

Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally (to effectively implement regional activities.

Foster Goodwill and drive thought leadership through various CSI and PR initiatives to further drive brand affinity and engagement in the region.

Monitor competitor activities in the region and ensure gap closure through development of competitor activity plans.

Trial and implementation of unique go-to-market projects.

Lead and manage the marketing and channel sales team to deliver on business objectives.

Reporting, & management of budget

Conduct post campaign and promotion evaluation through ROI and PIR (post implementation review)

Matric / Grade 12 essential

3 year Degree or National Diploma in Business or Marketing essential

Minimum 8 years work experience of which 2 years should be at Management level essential

Telecommunications Industry experience advantageous

FMCG Marketing /Consumer Marketing experience

OR

Matric / Grade 12 essential

Minimum 10 years’ experience of which 2 years should be at Management level essential

Telecommunications Industry experience advantageous

FMCG Marketing / Consumer Marketing experience
