Sales Enablement Manager (Go-to-Market Enablement) Join to apply for the Sales Enablement Manager (Go-to-Market Enablement) role at 2U At 2U, we are all in on purpose. We are motivated by our mission – to eliminate the back row in education – and connected by our shared passion to deliver world‑class digital education at scale. As the parent company of edX, the world’s leading online learning platform, 2U powers more than 4,000 online higher education offerings – from free courses to full degrees. Together with more than 230 colleges, universities, and corporate partners, we are helping to unlock human potential. What We’re Looking For The Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement team is a strategic partner to our Enterprise organization, dedicated to accelerating revenue growth. We are the force multiplier for the GTM teams, equipping them with the essential skills, knowledge, tools, and content they need to win in a competitive market. By developing world‑class onboarding, continuous training programs, and high‑impact collateral, we directly impact productivity, quota attainment, and overall GTM success. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of GTM Enablement specialists, fostering a performance‑oriented culture obsessed with success and continuous improvement. Build and execute a strategic enablement roadmap aligned with GTM leadership priorities and revenue goals, designing, building, and scaling programs such as new hire onboarding, skills training, product launch readiness, and sales methodology. Identify and eliminate barriers to productivity, partnering with GTM leaders and frontline reps to diagnose performance gaps and deliver targeted solutions (coaching, content, or process improvements). Own the entire collateral lifecycle—creation to delivery—ensuring easy access to compelling, on‑brand content (pitch decks, case studies, battlecards, and competitive intelligence). Design and deploy targeted enablement initiatives—from new plays to competitive positioning—that directly influence rep behavior and improve key metrics (win rates, deal velocity, average deal size). Define and track key enablement KPIs (time to ramp, quota attainment, tool adoption, content engagement); continuously measure impact and provide actionable insights to GTM leadership. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in enablement, revenue operations, or a similar role with a direct impact on sales performance. 3+ years managing complex, cross‑functional GTM projects (sales kickoffs, product launches, new sales tech rollouts). 1+ year of experience leading and developing a high‑performing team. Proven track record of improving GTM team productivity and driving revenue in a recurring‑revenue (SaaS, subscription) business. Additional Attributes That Will Help You In This Role Deep empathy for GTM teams and passion for making them wildly successful. Executive presence and ability to partner with senior leaders. Bias for action and natural problem‑solver navigating ambiguity. Data‑driven mindset with experience measuring effectiveness using KPIs. Exceptional program management, managing multiple high‑stakes projects simultaneously. Adaptability and thriving in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Global mindset and experience working effectively with diverse teams.
