**Introduction**

Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Limited (MMH) is a South African based financial services group listed on the South African stock exchange, the JSE. The core businesses of MMH are long and short-term insurance, asset management, savings, investment, health care administration and employee benefits. These product and service solutions are provided to all market segments through operating brands Metropolitan and Momentum.

**Role Purpose**

The purpose of this role is to ensure effective and appropriate written communication to our stakeholders by reviewing existing communications and designing new communications.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably a relevant Degree in Social science, Business Communications, Marketing or Public Relations
- More than 5 years’ experience in the Life Insurance industry.
- A good understanding of both traditional investment and traditional risk products
- A good understanding of the Life Insurance legal framework.
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent language skills in English and Afrikaans

**Duties & Responsibilities**

Process
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders within the business to provide outstanding, effective and efficient communication.
- Contribute towards the development of internal communication plans and calendar to effectively plan and coordinate internal and external communication campaigns.
- Responsible for the development, updating and maintenance of communication templates in line with agreed upon standards.
- Responsible for ensuring that communications are built according to design specifications.
- Ensure that documents are available on the relevant
- Responsible for copywriting, proof-reading and editing of all
- Continuously strive to enhance and improve the Communications

- Ensure effective relationships with
- Contribute towards a culture which builds rewarding relationships, proposes innovations and allows others to provide exceptional client
- Liaise with other internal stakeholders within MMH to ensure alignment of communication activities.
