- Role for small start up brands ( Jewellery and Fitness Industries. )
- 2-3 year commitment.
- Must be able to use own initiative to design, plan and execute continuous content creation.
- Experience with Canva, Excel, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok needed.
- Experience with Photoshop and any video/graphic editing tools for social media purposes.
- Providing marketing teams with constant and specific marketing content, image, video, banner as per their requests.
- Product concept designs and renditions - clothing and equipment.
- Monitoring, replying, continuous daily activity and engagement across all 3- 5 brands, across all platforms.
- Responsible for content creations and deployment across 3-4 brands.
- Shooting content, liaising with others to shoot content.
- Complete professional shoot logistics and curatorship about 3 times per year.
- Ensuring posts are happening at least 3 times per week on all 3-5 brands.
- Liaising with influencers and onboarding across 3-5 brands.
- Setting up and coordinating affiliate campaigns.
- Working within a small team, taking direction from marketing campaign strategist and SEO strategists.
- Learning google and facebook advertising under guidance with view to eventually execute campaigns solo.
- Running product specific promotions across all 3-5 brands, over and above the 3 times per week minimum on Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook.
- Planning content creation shoots within brand image directions.
- Planning content shoots weekly.
- General growth of all media accounts through above efforts - thereby increasing sales and website traffic.
- Monitoring overseas product trends within jewellery and fitness sectors. Providing monthly reports on current trends.
- Work experience of at least 1-3 years preferable - Marketing / Brand Management.
- Experience with Canva, Excel, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok a bonus.
- Must have initiative, confidence and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Must be passionate about entrepreneurship, marketing and growing brands.
- Work times semi flexible, ideally in office to start between 9:30am - 3:30pm. De Waterkant, Cape Town.
