Junior Community Administrator

**Job description**:
Brand Influence is looking for a passionate, detail and systems-orientated individual to fulfil the position of community administrator. This position includes managing and coordinating large volumes of courier deliveries, managing and reconciling spreadsheet data, managing stock levels and packaging orders as well customer service. We are looking for someone who is great at excel skills and has meticulous attention to detail.
**About the company**:
Brand Influence is a dynamic social media marketing agency specialising in influencer marketing and e-commerce.
**Daily activities include**:
Consolidating and aligning data from various spreadsheets
Influencer data management per project
Managing courier company requirements, briefing couriers, overseeing waybill generation and timely delivery of courier bags and collection of products
Track and update the status of deliveries
Manage communication between customers and influencers and courier company to resolve queries
Assist with the organisation, facilitation and prioritisation of all products to be packed and ensure timeous dispatch
Create packing briefs and keep this document updated with stock delivered and surplus stock
Managing returns, exchanges and repairs where applicable
Liaising with suppliers and couriers
Managing stock control
Preparing and sending out physical orders
Order/purchase general office supplies
Building of surveys and newsletters
Stock take, ordering and management of all office supplies
Ordering of kitchen supplies (cleaning and food)
Purchasing winner vouchers
Weekly auditing of websites to ensure product range and pricing is current and product data is accurate
Maintaining and uploading of products/pricing to websites
Uploading UGC to each project’s product listing
Testing sites/general site audits
**Requirements and experience**:
**Education level**: diploma
Minimum two years administrative and customer service experience
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and corresponding Excel course accreditation
Extremely detail-oriented
Knowledgeable and experience working with large format data and databases
Able to perform tasks such as loading product items onto the website and checking stock levels
Good telephone etiquette and business writing skills
Demonstrate a sincere desire to assist customers and put their needs first
Team player but someone who can also work independently

Sales experience
Online marketing knowledge
Knowledge of Magento and WooCommerce
Knowledge in Zoho and CRM
Community Management experience
