About the Role

We're on the hunt for a
dynamic, detail-oriented Influencer Community Manager
to join our fast-paced, creative team in
Gardens, Cape Town
.

In this role, you'll manage influencer-driven campaigns across a variety of industries — from
beauty and lifestyle to finance and food
. You'll be working with our three powerful influencer platforms:

  • Beauty Bulletin
    –
  • Brand Advisor
    –
  • Service Insider
    –

What You'll Be Doing

  • Interpreting client briefs and developing influencer-driven campaign strategies
  • Sourcing, vetting, and selecting the perfect influencer trial teams
  • Managing and supporting influencers throughout the campaign journey
  • Reviewing content to ensure brand alignment and campaign objectives are met
  • Extracting insights and compiling content for post-campaign reporting
  • Staying on top of social media and influencer trends to keep our campaigns fresh and relevant

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years
    of experience in influencer marketing
  • Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Socially savvy – you live and breathe social media trends
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable communicating with influencers and clients alike (email & phone)
  • Highly organised with strong time and workflow management
  • Confident working independently and proactively
  • Proficient with PC and digital tools

Role Details

  • Location:
    Gardens, Cape Town (
    in-office 3 times a week, 2 days hybrid
    )
  • Position Type:
    Full-time, Permanent
  • Hours:
    Monday – Friday | 8am – 4pm
  • Start Date:
    Immediate availability preferred
  • Salary: R18K- R22K (Depends on experience)
