**Responsibilities**:

- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
- Improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ensure administration is up to date by completing weekly, monthly, quarterly reports.
- Assist clients with any technical or sales inquiries.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Achieve sales budgets on a consistent basis.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Establish relationships internally with all departments that support sales.
- Be proactive in anticipating trends at the customer and in the market place.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Well-presented and fluent in English or Afrikaans.
- Competitive yet able to work in a team.
- Possess previous sales experience in the retail and wholesale environment
- Driver’s license;
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Good Communication skills
- Understanding an indigenous language.
- Intricate knowledge of the wholesale industry, selling consumer goods.

Note: Remuneration is highly negotiable consisting of a Basic Salary, S & T allowance and incentive based on sales.
