Workshop Manager KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee and manage all aspects of the auto body repair shop’s operations. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technicians, estimators, and administrative staff. Ensure all repairs are completed on time with a "right the first time" approach. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Monitor and maintain compliance with all factory approvals and insurance SLAs. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance companies, brokers,Analyze shop performance and provide reports to ownership. Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability. Drive marketing efforts and identify opportunities for business growth QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar role within the automotive repair industry. Strong knowledge of auto body repair processes, industry standards, and best practices. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Proficient in shop management systems, including TMS, Abuntex, Audatex, MS Office (Excel, Word), Lightstone reporting, and all insurance portals. Must be a driven and positive individual with a strong focus on profitability and customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
