**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Managing and Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
- Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of finished goods
- Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
- Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
- Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
- Identify and implement cost saving initiatives and projects.
- Managing of warehouse budgets and expenses.
- Business Project Management and involvement.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role in the consumer goods industry.
- Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software.
- Outstanding analytical, problem solving and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to make decisions and communicate effectively while under pressure
- SAP Knowledge and experience
