Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the fleet, ensuring timely deliveries to customers and retail outlets.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor vehicle routes to optimize fuel efficiency and delivery timelines.
- Manage and maintain all fleet vehicles, ensuring they are roadworthy and meet regulatory standards.
- Monitor driver performance and ensure adherence to safety protocols and driving regulations.
- Track and report on fleet KPIs such as fuel usage, maintenance costs, and delivery performance.
- Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to align fleet operations with business demands.
- Ensure timely servicing, licensing, and renewal of all vehicles in line with compliance requirements.
- Investigate and resolve any transport-related issues or delays.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement strategies for fleet efficiency.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle inspections, incidents, repairs, and expenses.
