**About Our Client**:
Our client is a trusted name in business connectivity. They are a leading IT managed services provider, providing UK businesses with a range of fully managed solutions such as broadband, cyber security and communications to help businesses stay connected, protected, and collaborate effectively. Established in 2011, our client has grown to now have hundreds of clients with well known brands. In 2018, the group was formed and their growth continues. they have over 20 years experience in businesses in London and the South East with agency and full time staff. As a highfield training provider, they also offer nationally recognised training to their clients.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be providing the B2B sales team with leads via cold calling. All data will be provided for you and you will be responsible for getting hold of decision makers and booking face to face meetings for the senior sales team to close.
We are looking for bubbly, focused and results-driven individuals who can hold conversions at director level.
Our client is big on training and self development. All training will be provided initially and on an ongoing basis. You will be involved with regular sales meetings and training sessions to build on your skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Call UK businesses to introduce the services to key decision makers
- Book appointments for the senior sales team to close
- Maintaining a professional and polite manner at all times on and off the phone
- Collaborate with the UK team
- Ensuring statuses, notes and trackers are correct and up to date
- Attend regular sales meetings via Teams
- Attend training sessions to develop your skills
**Essentials**:
- Fluent in speaking English and comfortable speaking to people on the telephone at director level
- A bubbly yet resilient personality - something who considers themself as energetic and focused
- 12 months experience minimum of B2B sales / appointment setting
- Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities
- A strong eye for attention to detail
- The ability to take onboard training to further your skills
- A strong positive mentality and to be hard working
- The ability to manage time effectively
- You would need strong WiFi as you’ll be working from home
- You would also need a laptop / PC to work from. We will supply the headset if you don’t have one
**Desirable**:
- Experience in B2B sales
- Have experience with dealing with UK clients
- A previous success in a consumer focused role
**Working Hours**:
Monday - Friday: 9am to 5pm (UK time)
