Your single goal: book qualified sales appointments directly into closers calendars. You'll drive pipeline by making high-volume outbound calls, emails, and DMs and you'll be expected to improve, iterate, and own your metrics.Key ResponsibilitiesMake 100+ outbound touches per day (calls, emails, DMs)Follow and iterate on outbound scripts to drive conversationsGet past gatekeepers and handle objections with confidenceBook qualified meetings with decision-makersUse tools like HubSpot, Calendly, and external dialers to manage your workflowMaintain clean CRM dataRun follow-up cadences that convertTest new outbound channels and lead sourcesAbout You1-3 years of experience in outbound appointment setting or BDR rolesProven success booking high volumes of qualified meetingsSkilled at cold calling and comfortable hearing 'no'Clear, persuasive written communicator (email/DM outreach)Tech-savvy with CRMs (HubSpot preferred), dialers, and booking toolsResilient, coachable, and thrives in high-pressure environmentsMotivated by performance-based pay and KPIsAvailable to work 8am5pm UK timeBackground in B2B, SaaS, consulting, healthcare, or agency salesExperience using external dialers with 85+ calls/dayFamiliarity with high-ticket sales cycles and qualification frameworksThis is a fast-paced, performance-oriented role with no cap on commission.
