**About Us**: We are a dynamic marketing agency seeking a dedicated appointment setter to join our team.

**Role Overview**: We are seeking a diligent and personable Appointment Setter to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify leads generated from ads and schedule appointments through Go High Level. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless experience for potential patients and supporting the growth of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and assess incoming leads in the CRM system to determine their suitability.
- Clearly communicate the services offered by our dental practice clients and address any initial inquiries.
- Schedule appointments for qualified leads with the appropriate dental practice.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other scheduling tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.

**Compensation**: Appointment Setters will be compensated based on performance, with earnings ranging from R25000 to R30,000 per month, depending on the number of hours worked and appointments successfully scheduled.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: R25 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month

Expected hours: 4 - 8 per week
