**Become an essential part of our K Carrim team as an assistant to our Operational Director.**
**In the Pretoria area.**
**Please note that duties include but are not limited to**:
**Mananing Schedules**: Organizing appointments, meetings, and personal events. This may include managing calendars, sending reminders, and making travel arrangements.
**Travel Arrangements**: Booking flights, hotels, and transportation. Organizing itineraries and ensuring everything runs smoothly during trips.
**Administrative Support**: Completing various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, property management, managing documents, and preparing reports or presentations.
**Running Errands**: Handling day-to-day personal errands like picking up dry cleaning, grocery shopping, or delivering packages.
**Personal Tasks**: Assisting with personal tasks like managing household staff, organizing home maintenance, or handling bills and finances.
**Research**: Conducting research on various topics such as travel destinations, gift ideas, or current events.
**Time Management**: Helping the employer prioritize tasks, ensuring deadlines are met, and assisting in time optimization.
**Confidentiality**: Handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Mon - Friday 8am-5pm
Saturday 8am-1pm
**Salary**: Dependent on experience
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
