Overview We are looking for an organized, professional, and proactive Receptionist & Personal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing comprehensive administrative and personal support to management. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Maintain and organize the reception area. Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and data capturing. Assist with company correspondence and reports. Support management with personal assistant duties, including travel arrangements, reminders, and task coordination. Handle confidential information with discretion. Assist with client onboarding and administrative processes. Liaise with staff, clients, and external partners when required. Requirements Proven experience as a Receptionist or Personal Assistant. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with GreatSoft will be an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
