**Duties & Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for the following:

- Leverage Learning and Development as a unique differentiator for Tsebo Solutions Group
- Develop interventions to create a culture of continuous learning
- Take responsibility for implementing the Learning and Development Strategy
- Contribute towards establishing the overall framework and architecture for Career Management and Development
- Contribute towards a framework and strategy for Management as well as Leadership Development
- Drive the adoption of the Tsebo Learning Management system across the Tsebo Group
- Drive the Skills Development plan and delivery across the Group and ensure all targets are met in relation to the BEE Scorecard
- Program Management of development programs(Learnerships, internships, Graduates)
- Development, implementing and reporting on the Annual training plan and Workplace Skills Plan
- Ensure all learning reporting, analytics and measurements are compiled for business reporting purposes

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Planning Organizing and Project Management skills - Performance consulting principles - Learning needs analysis principles and processes - Learning curriculum design - Learning management systems and technologies - Digital learning strategies - Evaluation of learning (measure of business impact and ROI - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and under own initiative - Business acumen - Sense of accountability - Innovation and creativity - Information integration skills - Excellent MS Office skills - Basic Visual design skills - Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 8 years management experience
- 4 -5 years proven experience in a similar services environment
- Sound and proven track record of meeting deadlines
- Portfolio of Evidence in leading delivery of learning
