**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure seamless payroll processing
- Perform other payroll and administrative tasks as required
- Monitoring data to ensure accurate records of employee attendance, hours worked, and other relevant information
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll data and employee information
- Ensuring compliance with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) and relevant sectoral determinationsStay up-to-date on changes to payroll legislation and regulations
**Qualifications and Experience**:
Must have a degree or diploma in Accounting/Finance or related qualification.

- Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
- A good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- A natural problem solver
- Self-motivated
