A new and exciting opportunity is available for an experienced International Payroll Specialist to join an established Relocation Management Company in Singapore.

The International Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing the payroll for multiple entities across EMEA & APAC and be responsible for maintaining key relationships with external payroll providers.

**Key Duties**:

- Prepare monthly payroll reconciliations, journal, and accrual reports.
- Respond to payroll specific queries from employees effectively dealing with queries in a timely manner
- Reply to tax notices, wage orders, unemployment claims and government correspondence.
- Ensure vendors are efficient in managing all payroll activities against agreed standards.
- Provide support for various internal and external audits.
- Offer payroll feedback and data when required to support ongoing HR projects.
- Management of vendors involved in global payroll processes and ensuring vendors are efficient in managing payroll activities in timely manner.
- Respond to tax notices, wage orders, unemployment claims and government correspondence.
- Stay up to date with local payroll regulations.

**Skills Required**:

- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in EMEA & APAC payroll administration is essential
- Experience in managing payroll processes within a matrix, international organization
- Experience working in an HR and/or Finance function is preferred
- Ability to adhere to tight deadlines
- Suburb verbal and written communication skills
- Strong IT and MS Office experience using Outlook, Word and Excel
