**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Business Development**:
- Identify and prioritize potential clients and business opportunities within targeted sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and expansion.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- **Networking and Relationship Building**:
- Leverage existing networks and establish new connections within Corporate B2B, Government, and Healthcare sectors.
- Represent Ignite Purpose at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance visibility and build relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the needs of clients and partners.
- **Partnership Development**:
- Identify potential strategic partners and alliances to enhance Ignite Purpose's reach and impact.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contractual terms.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing initiatives and co-branded offerings.
- **Market Analysis and Strategy**:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to inform business development strategies and decision-making.
- **Reporting and Performance Tracking**:
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales targets, pipeline development, and revenue generation.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and outcomes.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. - Lived Experience will also be accepted
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or partnership management roles, focusing on Corporate B2B, Government, or Healthcare sectors.
- Willingness to study and learn about the programs to present them as a solution effectively - You will also have the support of a Global Sales Director, your Local GM and a Global Team of consultants working with you to make a difference through our work.
- Strong network of contacts within targeted industries, with the ability to leverage existing relationships and establish new connections.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and objectives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A registered business as you will be a Partner in our practice who will invoice us for projects that have been won. (your earnings are based on 20% of the deals you bring in).
- There is no limit to what you bring to this role and how you work as you can unlock opportunities across Africa and Globally.
