Position Overview The Chief Strategic Partnership Officer will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies that align with our company's long-term objectives. The CSPO will work closely with the CEO, executive leadership team, and key stakeholders to identify, cultivate, and manage high-value partnerships that drive growth, innovation, and impact. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic partnership roadmap to support the company's growth objectives. Identify and evaluate potential partners, alliances, and collaborations that align with our business goals and values. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry leaders to enhance our market position. Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value creation and alignment with the company's mission. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives. Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions. Provide leadership and guidance to the partnership team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and expand our partnership network. Track and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 1 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles, with a proven track record of success. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and the competitive landscape in (industry / sector). Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment. High level of integrity, professionalism, and business acumen.
