We are on the hunt for a** Product Delivery & Program Manager** reporting to the **Chief Commercial Officer.**

**About you**

As Program Manager, you will work closely with various cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations and Engineering to drive and manage the plan for developing and delivering new initiatives. You will be responsible for managing complex cross-functional initiatives and contribute heavily to driving the delivery and Go to Market planning.

**What you'll be doing**
- Drive end-to-end cross-functional planning, workflow, and resourcing of multiple initiatives in support of project delivery
- Establish, align and track plans, scope, execution, and dependencies across teams to ensure effective, on-time project delivery using agile cadence.
- Ensure that managed ‘sub’ projects and results are delivered according to plan and that the appropriate methodologies are in place to monitor and report on project
- Drive communications with internal and external teams regarding project status to obtain feedback and approval on project deliverables and timelines
- Proactively identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues across teams and ensure risk/issues are being resolved
- Manage stakeholder/customer expectations by defining processes, SLAs, and tools to establish a productive and healthy working environment
- Continuously assess, recommend and optimize Program Management processes, systems, and tools for consistent and effective product delivery
- Leverage hard and soft skills to influence participants of all levels towards project goal(s)
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers and Engineering leaders to maintain our roadmap, setting appropriate expectations
- Communicate program risks to senior management, and be able to articulate options and recommendations.
- Plan and track execution according to strict deadlines and budget and report to senior stakeholders on project financials

**What you'll need**
- 5+ years’ experience in product, program or project management in an agile environment, preferably in product development environment
- Excellent organizational, communication presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency working in complex, cross-platform, cross-functional environments
- Proven expertise in various SDLC approaches, project and change management
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in team leadership, decision making and presenting to large groups
- Knowledge and practice of Agile Scrum methodologies, experience as a scrum master a plus
- Ability to prioritize to utilize common program management/agile tools (e.g. confluence, jira) to excel and adjust in a fast paced environment
- Flexible, proactive and self-motivated with strong personal ownership of problem resolution
- Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize when under pressure
- Results driven discipline.
- Highly collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal)
- Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multiple simultaneous complex projects keeping teams accountable for both deliverables and process
