Kurtosys, a leading fintech company empowering global financial institutions, is seeking a passionate Senior Product Consultant (Technical Business Analyst) to play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between client aspirations and cutting-edge digital solutions, using the Kurtosys platform.

You will be the linchpin in our client-centric approach, translating complex business needs into actionable solutions that leverage the power of our data and content publication platform. Directly impact client success: You'll be the trusted advisor to clients during the onboarding process, uncovering their challenges and opportunities, and tailoring digital solutions that drive tangible business value.

Be at the forefront of innovation: You'll work with the latest technologies including cloud services, APIs, and data visualization tools, shaping the future of our platform.

Collaborate across disciplines: You'll work closely with other key functions of the delivery process, including project managers, designers & QA, and bridge the gap between new client requirements and product development teams, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.

**Solution Architect**: You can creatively translate client needs into feasible solutions leveraging the Kurtosys platform and your technical expertise.

**Self Driver**: Ability to assess a project delivery plan and engage with the project manager such that solutions are fully understood and delivered end-to-end as per the project scope and plan.

**Ability to Train Clients and Partners**: Kurtosys has a training department, however we also rely on our senior consultants to extend specific training requirements to our clients and partners in specific scenarios. You may be required to travel or perform training at the office as and when required.

**Analytical Powerhouse**: You possess a sharp analytical mind, able to dissect complex data sets and client requirements to identify core issues and inform solution design.

**Documentation Dynamo**: You have a talent for crafting clear, concise, and well-organized documentation that captures client needs, technical specifications, and solution details for future reference.

**Technical Acumen**: You possess a strong understanding of data structures (CSV, JSON, XML), web development concepts (HTML, CSS), and database technologies (SQL), with any configuration experience a bonus.

**Technical Leadership**: Provide technical leadership to the team, driving best practices and recommending product platform improvements to drive scale and efficiencies

**Industry Expertise**: You possess a background in the asset management industry, with a strong grasp of relevant regulations and best practices.

**Business Savvy**: You have a passion for the financial services industry and a keen eye for identifying business challenges and opportunities.

**Communication Mastermind**: You excel at verbal, written, and interpersonal communication, building strong relationships with clients and effectively conveying complex technical concepts.

**Software Development Awareness**: You have a solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including Agile methodologies like Scrum.

**Atlassian Ace**: You are proficient in using Atlassian software, particularly Confluence for collaborative knowledge management and JIRA for project management and task tracking.
