Role Purpose

The Human Capital (HC) Operations Team Leader manages the Human Capital Operations; Learning and Projects Consultant, Human Capital Benefits Administrator/Consultant, and Talent Acquisition Consultant who are responsible for the various HC Operations functions within MDS. The HC Operations Team Leader is expected to spearhead, lead, embrace and create a seamless provision of services and support to all stakeholders.
Requirements

Qualifications:

- Matric
- Degree (NQF 7) in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Management
- E-Learning, Digital media related qualification

**Experience**:

- 3-5 years Human Capital coordination experience
- 1-2 year Leadership experience within financial industry
- 1-2 year experience in E-Learning, Digital media related fields
- Knowledge of and experience in HR practices and legislation
- Excellent English language oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML5, Java script, CSS)
- High degree of proficiency with the Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects)
- In-depth knowledge of SCORM technologies
- Understanding adult based learning theories
Duties & Responsibilities

Management of the delivery of Deliver Learning Solutions:

- Oversee the design, development, deployment and management of electronic learning solutions and pre and post assessments for gaps identified per role
- Participate in e-Learning forum for benchmarking, integration and learning purposes
- Oversee the maintenance and updating of e learning content and processes, as required
- Collect and collate and report on training that happened within MIS on a monthly basis
- Maintain bursary processes within MIS
- Keep abreast and report on Assessment costs within MIS
- Maintain and report on specialized programmes (e.g. CFP, CFA) within MIS
- Compile and submit ATR & WSP to Group Skills on an annual basis

Management of process mapping:

- Coordinate the implementation of process mapping systems and processes tools in line with the required time, cost and quality standards.
- Contribute to the development of the project scope and processes in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables and expectations are clearly articulated and aligned to the business objectives

Project tracking & Project Planning:

- Track and drive the implementation and delivery of the project plan and process change in line with the scope, cost and time parameters of the project and experience required
- Update and maintain relevant project tracking documents and follow up on outstanding projects

Enable Client Centricity Within Area of Responsibility:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver on expectations to clients and internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that client expectations are managed
- Attend key meetings and filter to HC team
- Identify and assign resources and stakeholder required for the execution or implementation of the project

- Deliver Learning Solutions
- Manage the MDS Continuous learning program
- Understand prioritized learning requirements for MDS in line with strategy, business plan
- Design, develop and deploy electronic learning solutions and pre and post assessments for gaps identified per role
- Participate in e-Learning forum for benchmarking, integration and learning purposes
- Maintain and update e learning content and processes, as required

Leadership and collaboration:

- Collaborate with HCBP team to facilitate and deliver value adding learning and development programs and interventions to address organisational development gaps in line with Momentum frameworks.
- Partner with the HCBP team in initiating and improving the effective delivery of HCM solutions, while integrating and sharing best practices.
- Keep abreast of trends, legislation and best practices within the L& D field to optimise service delivery
