Role Purpose
Execute various administrative processes and support the HC Head in partnership with the Human Capital team in delivering a consistent HC service that facilitates and supports the employee journey.
Requirements
- Bachelors qualification in Industrial Psychology/ Human Capital or Psychology(Essential)
- Postgraduate Qualification in Human Capital or related field(Desirable)
- 0-2 years Operations, Communications or Change Management experience
- People analytics is desirable
Duties & Responsibilities
**Marketing and Communication**
- Partner with Group Marketing and the events co-ordinator on effective and innovative marketing and communication solutions for Group Finance and Risk Management across the Human Capital (HC) value chain.
- Assist with the implementation of the connection plan for Group Finance and Risk Management, which includes staff sessions, newsletters, talent sessions etc. The connection plan is aimed at employee and talent engagement between leadership and employees.
- Collaborate with relevant business leads and stakeholders i.e., COE's, HCBP's to ensure effective and timeous communication.
- Partner with HC COEs in initiating and improving the effective delivery of HC solutions, while integrating and sharing best practices
- Co-ordinate calendar of events annually for the HC team and drive the implementation of key events with the HC team.
**Change Management**
- Assist the HC Executive and Organisational Development team in implementing change management initiatives in response to various business changes i.e. change in leadership, restructures, realignments etc.
- Co create innovative and effective organisational change solutions through employee engagement.
- Ensure HR service delivery by maintaining regular interactions with all business stakeholders during the change process.
**Culture and Employee Engagement**
- Enable a business culture that is consistent with the vision, purpose and values of the business unit.
- Partner with Organisational Development and Human Capital business partners to design and implement various employee engagement and culture initiatives.
**Operations and Project Management**
- Coordinate HC projects across the value chain within the set timelines, standards and relevant frameworks e.g., performance excellence, leadership development, learning, talent management, recognition, induction and wellness initiatives.
- Partner with the HC Executive to ensure HC Operations are effectively managed within the HC team.
- Manage the bi-weekly HC team meetings to ensure effective monitoring of scrum dashboard.
- Deliver on service level agreements with clients to ensure that client expectations are managed.
Recognition:
- Collaborate on the implementation (includes project planning) of creative and innovative solutions for the quarterly and annual recognition process for Group Finance and Risk Management.
- Collaborate with the other teams in MM Group to ensure alignment in terms of design and implementation of the recognition programme.
Operations Forums:
- Attend the Human Capital Operations, Business Continuity, Operations/Finance, Change Management, or related HC workstreams or meetings to ensure effective integration and delivery across the HC team.
Human Capital Dashboards and People Analytics:
- Responsible for the co-ordination of quantitative /people analytics and qualitative sections on monthly dashboards, annual performance distribution curves and Employment Equity or Skills Development Reporting.
- Partner with the HC team to ensure integration of the qualitative and quantitative sections of HC dashboard are effectively and timeously completed monthly.
